I have been on a few fantastic workshops run by Janina Karpinska...we went into the woods and connected with nature and each other during a lull in lockdown when it felt so important to be together in a natural setting again after so long! We had great fun connecting to the trees and did some bark rubbings..Janina gave us all a junk journal that she had made for us each to record our findings in. We all had great fun connecting with nature and made earth mandalas with beautiful leaves and flowers... we connected with the trees and spoke of the feelings and any messages we received and made notes. I love going to Janina’s workshops she always makes them so much fun and is a joy to work with and is very knowledgeable so I always learn so much!

Participants at a one day drop-in creative arts taster day shown how to make their own concertina books and junk journals to keep a creative record of things they'd like to keep and remember. As enjoyable for the kids as it was for parents and other adults!
